Who we are

Kaaba View Hotels is a trading name of Alpenglow Holdings LLC, a U.S.-registered company. Alpenglow Holdings LLC operates the kaabaviewhotels.com booking platform and provides customer support for bookings made through the site. What we do

We are a hotel booking site for curated hotels in Makkah and Madinah — genuine Kaaba-view rooms, Haram-area hotels, and best-value and affordable picks near each Haram. We work directly with the hotels and their supply partners rather than reselling through a chain of middlemen, which is how we keep rates competitive. Every price shown already includes our commission — there are no fees added at checkout.

Every booking made through this site is confirmed with the hotel in real time. You can call the hotel directly to verify a reservation as soon as you receive your confirmation — there is no batch processing or delay on our end.

Bookings and payment

Room rates, availability and cancellation terms are quoted live by the hotel or its distribution partner at the time you search, and the price is locked in again immediately before you pay. That locked-in price is the only price ever charged. Cancellation and refund terms vary by rate and are shown before you pay; read them before booking, since many discounted rates are non-refundable.

Accuracy of listings

We classify rooms by view (Kaaba, Haram or none) based on the hotel’s own room content and rate names. Views depend on floor and exact room assignment, which the hotel controls at check-in; see our booking guide for what each label means.

Limitation of liability

We are a booking intermediary, not the hotel operator. To the extent permitted by law, Alpenglow Holdings LLC is not liable for the hotel’s acts, omissions, or the condition of its rooms or facilities. Your contract for the stay itself is with the hotel.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or our supplier agreements change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
